Full Birthday Party Planner in Greater Noida West: Décor, Food and Fun in One Booking
Updated: 5 days ago
Planning a birthday in Greater Noida West usually means juggling four or five vendors: a balloon decorator, a caterer, a magician, a DJ and someone to run games. Birthday Bazaar replaces all of them with one team and one WhatsApp thread. We are based on Galaxy Royale Road in Gaur City 2, so most societies here are a short drive from our store. That means earlier arrivals, easy last-minute additions and a team that already knows how your clubhouse works.
In more than 12 years we have delivered 951+ parties across Delhi NCR, and a large share of them have been right here in Gaur City, Bisrakh, Techzone 4 and the societies along the Noida Extension main road. This guide explains what a full party-planning booking covers, what it costs in 2026, and how we run the day so you can actually enjoy your child's birthday instead of managing it.

What a full party planner handles
When you book the complete package, one coordinator plans the look, the timeline, the food and the entertainment together, so nothing clashes and nobody waits on anybody else. In practice that covers:
Theme and décor: stage backdrop, entrance arch, cake table, photo corner and table styling in one colour story. See our theme based decoration options.
Entertainment: a magician, games coordinator, tattoo artist, nail art or jumpies, chosen for your guests' ages.
Food: veg catering or non-veg catering, cooked live at the venue for most parties, plus stalls like a pizza station, chaat counter and cotton candy.
Music: a DJ and sound setup for the adults' part of the evening.
Run of show: cake-cutting time, game slots, dinner service and return gifts, planned to the minute and shared with you in advance.
The biggest benefit is accountability. If the cake table is late or the magician is stuck in traffic at Gaur Chowk, it is our problem to solve, not yours. You get one number to call, and that person knows every detail of your party.
A typical party timeline
Most birthdays we plan in Greater Noida West run for about three hours, with our team arriving roughly four hours earlier to set up. Here is how a 7 pm clubhouse party usually flows:
3:00 pm: team arrives, décor and stage go up, food counters are set.
6:30 pm: final walk-through with you, and photos of the setup before guests arrive.
7:00 pm: guests arrive to welcome drinks and a snack counter; children head to the tattoo or nail-art table.
7:30 pm: the 90-minute magic and games show begins (₹3,299), with a short pause for cake cutting.
8:15 pm: cake cutting on the stage, followed by family photos.
8:30 pm: dinner service opens and the DJ takes over for the adults.
10:00 pm: party wraps and we clear the clubhouse as per your society's rules.
Not sure which entertainer suits your child's age group? Our guide to choosing between a magic show, games host or bouncy castle breaks it down by age.
Food that is cooked at your party
Parents in Greater Noida West tell us the food is what guests remember most. For most parties our chefs cook live on site, so starters, hot rotis and chaat come out fresh instead of sitting in chafing dishes for hours. Per-plate menus start at ₹699 for veg and ₹899 for non-veg, and complete catering packages start from ₹8,000 for smaller gatherings.
Kids' stalls are the easy win: a pizza station, popcorn stall or chocolate fountain keeps children away from the main buffet queue and gives them something to talk about. If you are unsure how much to order, read how much food to order for a kids' birthday party.
Clubhouse, flat, terrace or banquet hall?
Greater Noida West has one of the highest concentrations of high-rise societies in NCR, so most of our parties here happen in a society clubhouse, a party lawn or the family's own flat. A few tips from our team:
Clubhouse: book it early, especially for October to February weekends. You arrange the booking and any RWA permission; we handle everything inside.
Flat: a living-room balloon backdrop plus cake table works well for 15 to 25 guests. Our simple birthday decoration at home is built for exactly this.
Terrace or lawn: lovely for evening parties with fairy lights. Check your society's music cut-off time before booking a DJ.
Banquet hall: best for 100 or more guests. We set up at any hall you book around Gaur Chowk, Noida Extension or Crossing Republik.
Still deciding? Our comparison of a home, clubhouse or banquet hall walks through costs and guest counts, and how much space you need helps you check the room before you book it.
Five mistakes we see at high-rise society parties
Booking the clubhouse without checking setup time. Our team needs about 4 hours before the party. If your clubhouse only opens an hour before, ask the RWA for an earlier slot or choose a simpler setup.
Forgetting the lift and the gate. Backdrops and food counters travel in the service lift. Tell your security desk in advance so the team isn't held at the gate.
Too many guests for the room. A bouncy castle or games area needs about 10 ft by 10 ft of clear floor. Measure before you invite 30 children.
Missing the music cut-off. Many societies stop amplified music by around 10 pm. Plan the DJ slot and cake cutting around it.
Leaving the final head count too late. Confirm numbers two days before so the chefs cook the right quantity and nothing runs short.
We walk every family through these points when we share the plan, so none of them surprise you on the day. It is one of the advantages of working with a team that is based in Gaur City and plans parties in these societies every week.

What Greater Noida West parents ask for most in 2026
Because we work in the same societies week after week, we see clear patterns. The most requested themes this year are Cocomelon, Boss Baby, Avengers, Princess, Barbie, aeroplane and space, and for first birthdays a traditional Little Krishna or a soft pastel balloon look is still hugely popular. Many families also combine the birthday with a small puja in the morning and the party in the evening, like this Sundar Kand path and birthday party at Gulshan Ikebana, and we can plan both as one booking.
On food, a live chaat counter and a pizza station are the two add-ons almost every family chooses, and most parties of 80 or more guests add a DJ once dinner opens. On entertainment, a magician plus a games coordinator is the combination we recommend for 15 to 25 children, with a tattoo artist or nail-art table for the children who would rather sit and chat than run around.
For budget, most Greater Noida West clubhouse parties we plan fall between our Basic and Premium packages plus per-plate catering. Tell us the total you want to spend and we will build the plan backwards from that number, showing you exactly where the money goes, instead of upselling you on things you don't need.

Which balloon colours and types should I choose?
Pastel for first birthdays, baby functions and daytime parties.
Metallic (satin) for an elegant, grown-up sheen.
Chrome accents for evening parties and anything you want to post.
Confetti balloons for the cake table and ceiling.
Foil numbers and letters for the age or name.
Trending for 2026: sage and gold chrome, lilac and rose gold, black and gold, and butter yellow with confetti.
Quick guide: pastel balloons are soft and matte, metallic have a pearly satin sheen, chrome have a mirror-like shine that pops in photos, confetti balloons are clear with sparkle inside, and foil is for numbers, letters and shapes.

Party planner in Greater Noida West: FAQs
Can one team really handle décor, food and entertainment?
Yes. Birthday Bazaar runs décor, catering, entertainment and DJ with its own coordinated team, so you deal with one person for the whole party instead of four or five vendors.
How far in advance should we book?
About a week ahead is ideal. October to February weekends fill up faster, so book earlier then. We also accept last-minute bookings whenever our team is free.
Do you book the clubhouse or get RWA permission?
No. You book the venue and take any society or RWA permission. We handle everything inside it: décor, food, entertainment and clearing up.
What does a complete party cost in Greater Noida West?
Packages start from ₹7,999, catering from ₹699 per plate for veg, and extra entertainment is ₹3,000 per activity (magic and games: ₹3,299 for 90 minutes). A real 50-guest party we did in Greater Noida came in under ₹40,000 including décor and food.
How do payments work?
We agree the price and payment terms with you directly on WhatsApp, and confirm everything in writing.
