A typical party day in Greater Noida West
Birthday Bazaar is based on Galaxy Royale Road in Gaur City 2, so Greater Noida West is home ground. A typical party here is a clubhouse birthday in Gaur City, Mahagun Mywoods or Supertech Ecovillage, with a theme stage, a magician and games for the children, and live-cooked dinner for the parents. Being so close means we can arrive early, fix things quickly on the day, and often say yes to last-minute bookings.
For most parties, our team arrives about four hours before guests, the party itself runs for around three hours, and we clear up at the end as your venue requires. You get one coordinator on WhatsApp from the first message to the last guest, so there is only ever one number to call.

Book clubhouses early for October to February weekends.
Tell security in advance so our team isn't held at the gate with backdrops and food counters.
Check the music cut-off: many societies stop amplified music by around 10 pm.
Confirm final numbers two days before so the chefs cook the right quantity.
Use the terrace or lawn for evening parties in the cooler months, with fairy lights.

Which balloon colours and types should I choose?
Pastel for first birthdays, baby functions and daytime parties.

Chrome accents for evening parties and anything you want to post.
Confetti balloons for the cake table and ceiling.
Foil numbers and letters for the age or name.
