Case Study: A 150-Guest Princess Theme 5th Birthday at Mahagun Mywoods Club, Greater Noida West
Updated: Oct 1
Every party is different, so rather than talk in generalities, here's a real one we handled start to finish: a 5th birthday celebration at Mahagun Mywoods Club in Greater Noida West on 5th July 2026, for around 150 guests.
The Brief
The family came to us first for catering. Once we started planning, they added decoration as well, so we ended up handling the full setup — food, theme decor and entertainment — as one coordinated booking. The birthday girl, Tulika, was turning five, and the family wanted a princess theme.
The Venue: Mahagun Mywoods Club
Mahagun Mywoods Club is a society clubhouse in Greater Noida West, and it's a venue type we work with often. Clubhouse events have their own rhythm — you're working around society access timings, a shared loading route, and a hall that has to be cleared and reset within a fixed window. Knowing that in advance is the difference between a calm setup and a rushed one.
The Catering: 150 Guests, Veg and Non-Veg
This was a mixed veg and non-veg menu with a heavy focus on starters, which is usually what guests remember at a birthday party. The ones that got talked about most on the night:
Paneer tikka
Chicken malai tikka
Chicken seekh kebab
Spring rolls
For dessert we ran a jalebi-rabri counter alongside an ice cream counter. Live dessert counters work particularly well at kids' parties — they double as an activity, not just a course, and they keep the queue moving instead of bunching up at a single buffet line.
Feedback on the food was excellent across the board, which for a 150-guest mixed menu is the real test.
The Decoration: Princess Theme
The princess theme ran through the balloon work and the backdrop. Balloon decoration is one of our most-requested services in Greater Noida West, and for a clubhouse hall of this size the setup needs to read well from across the room, not just up close — so the arch and backdrop do most of the visual work, with balloon columns anchoring the entrance and the cake area.
The Entertainment
We brought in our regular magician and tattoo artist, plus a DJ. That combination works well for a 5th birthday: the magician gives you a set-piece moment that gathers everyone, the tattoo artist handles the in-between time when kids drift off, and the DJ carries the adults through the later part of the evening.
The Result
The family were happy enough with how the evening went that the birthday girl's father left us a five-star Google review afterwards. For us that's the benchmark — not just that the setup looked good in photos, but that the people hosting it had a good night.
