What a Birthday Party Actually Costs in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad

Most party planners in NCR will not give you a price until you call them. We would rather you know what things cost before you pick up the phone, so here are our actual rates, and what a full party adds up to.

Balloon decoration starts at ₹5,000 for a basic setup and goes up to about ₹50,000. What moves the price is the scope of work: the size of the backdrop, how many arches, whether there is ceiling work, and the props involved. A simple setup in a flat sits near the lower end; a full hall with an entrance arch, ceiling balloons and a styled cake table sits much higher. You can see the range on our balloon decoration page.
Theme-based decoration starts at ₹11,000. This is the Cocomelon, Boss Baby, Avengers, Princess, Barbie, aeroplane or space kind of setup, where the backdrop, props and styling are all built around one theme. Details are on our theme decoration page.
Food
Catering is ₹699 per plate for a veg menu and ₹899 per plate for a non-veg menu. Catering packages start at ₹8,000. For most parties we cook live on site, so the food reaches your guests hot and you can see how it is being prepared.
Live counters are a separate decision from the main menu. A pizza station, a golgappe and chaat counter, a chocolate fountain or cotton candy and popcorn keep children busy while the adults eat, which is usually worth more than one extra dish on the menu.
Entertainment
Entertainment is ₹3,000 per activity, and that is for the whole event, not per hour. The options include a magician, a games coordinator, a nail artist, a tattoo artist and a bouncy castle.
Most families book two activities. One keeps the children occupied in the first hour while guests arrive, the second gives the party a high point before the cake.
What a full party adds up to
Three realistic examples, based on the rates above:
A home party for 25 guests: basic balloon decoration at ₹5,000, veg catering at ₹699 a plate for 25 plates, and a magician at ₹3,299. That is a little over ₹25,000.
A society clubhouse party for 50 guests: theme decoration from ₹11,000, veg catering for 50 plates, and two activities at ₹3,000 each. That lands around ₹52,000.
A larger celebration for 100 guests: detailed theme decoration, non-veg catering at ₹899 a plate, two or three activities and a live counter. This is where budgets cross ₹1 lakh.
We do not sell fixed packages. You tell us the budget, the age of the child and the venue, and we build the mix around it.

No hidden charges. The number we quote is the number you pay.
The booking amount is not refundable, so please confirm your date before paying.
What is not included
We do not book venues and we do not arrange society or RWA permission. You choose and book the venue, and get the permission if your society needs one. Once that is done, we set up anywhere: your home, a clubhouse, a society park or lawn, a banquet hall, a restaurant or a terrace. For a bouncy castle or a games area, about 10 feet by 10 feet is enough.
Timing
Book about a week ahead so the theme, menu and artists can be confirmed properly. Weekends and festival dates fill up first, and those are our busiest days, so book earlier if your date falls on one. Last-minute bookings are often possible too, subject to availability. Our team needs around four hours to set up, and a birthday party usually runs for about three hours.
