Theme Birthday Decoration in Greater Noida: Themes, Prices and Real Setups
Updated: 3 days ago
Greater Noida is a city of wide roads, plotted sectors and big houses, with society towers growing fast in Omicron, the Chi and Mu sectors and around Knowledge Park. That mix shapes how families celebrate. In Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta, parties often spill from the drawing room onto the lawn or terrace of an independent house; in the newer societies they move into the clubhouse; and bigger birthdays go to the banquet halls around Pari Chowk and Jagat Farm. Birthday Bazaar sets up theme birthday décor in all of them, and full theme decoration starts from ₹11,000.
This page covers the themes Greater Noida families book most, what a complete theme setup includes, how we adapt a theme to a house, a clubhouse or a banquet hall, and what it costs in 2026. The photos are from real birthday setups.

The themes Greater Noida families book most
Little Krishna and Radha Krishna: the favourite for first birthdays here, with peacock colours, bal Krishna cutouts, a flute motif and a pastel or floral stage. Grandparents love it.
Cocomelon: bright primary colours and friendly character cutouts for ages 1 to 4.
Boss Baby: navy, black and gold, sharp and grown-up for first and second birthdays.
Avengers and superheroes: red, blue and gold with a skyline backdrop for ages 4 to 10.
Princess and Barbie: pink, lilac and gold, a castle arch or life-size photo frame and a throne chair.
Jungle and safari: animal cutouts, greens and golds, great for toddlers and outdoor lawns.
Space and aeroplane: blues and silvers, rockets or planes, and star lights for an evening party.
Our Little Krishna twins' first birthday and the parents' favourites in top birthday party themes in Noida and Greater Noida show what these look like in real venues.
What a full theme setup includes
A theme is a complete look, not just a printed flex. Our theme based decoration is designed as one story from the gate to the cake table:
Stage backdrop with the theme artwork, your child's name and age, and balloon framing.
Entrance arch or a welcome board with the child's photo, so the theme starts at the door.
Cake table with a styled skirt, props and dessert stands in the theme colours.
Photo corner with cutouts at child height and good light for family pictures.
Table and ceiling décor that carries the colours across the room.
Optional extras: a matching inflated suit character, a grand entry for the birthday child and cold pyro for the cake moment.
Adapting the theme to your venue
Independent houses in Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta: we often start with an arch at the gate or porch, set the stage and cake table in the drawing room, and use the lawn or terrace for dinner and games. Guests flow naturally through the house, and the theme carries from the outside in.
Society clubhouses in Omicron, Chi, Mu and around Knowledge Park: access times are fixed and tape is usually not allowed, so every frame is free-standing and our setup is timed to your slot. We clear the hall at the end so your deposit is safe.
Banquet halls around Pari Chowk and Jagat Farm: plenty of space for a full stage, entrance, photo corner and dining area. This is where themes can go big, with ceiling décor, lighting and a DJ for the adults once dinner opens.
Balloon décor or full theme?
For 15 to 25 guests at home, a balloon backdrop with a theme panel is usually enough, and our balloon decoration starts from ₹5,000. For 50 or more guests in a clubhouse or banquet hall, a full theme setup is worth it because the room is bigger and the photos will be shared widely. Read balloon decoration or theme decoration: which should you book? for real examples. If budget is tight, spend on the stage and entrance first; they appear in almost every photo.
Details that make a theme look premium
One colour story from balloons to table covers, rather than a mix of everything.
The child's name in the theme's lettering, which makes the setup feel personal.
A layered cake table with different heights, so the cake becomes the centrepiece.
Warm lighting for evening parties, which lifts photos more than extra balloons.
A proper entrance, because guests form their first impression at the door.
A real Greater Noida budget party
Not every theme party needs a big budget. Our 50-guest birthday party in Greater Noida for under ₹40,000 included décor and food, and shows how to prioritise the stage, the cake table and good food over extras. We are happy to build a plan backwards from the number you want to spend.
Themes by age group
First birthday: Little Krishna, pastel balloons, teddy, jungle or a white-and-gold look. The parents and grandparents are the real audience, so elegance matters more than characters. See our 1st birthday decoration.
Ages 2 to 4: Cocomelon, Boss Baby, butterflies, farm animals and cars, with big friendly cutouts at child height.
Ages 5 to 8: Avengers, Princess, Barbie, space, aeroplanes and unicorns. Let your child choose; they have strong opinions at this age.
Ages 9 to 12: a colour-and-lights look, a sports or music theme, or a movie night often works better than cartoon characters.
Teenagers: a stylish palette, a photo booth and a DJ matter more than a traditional theme.
Twins, siblings and joint parties
Many Greater Noida families celebrate two children together. A split stage with one theme on each half, joined by a shared colour like gold, works well. So does one theme in two colours with both names on the board, or a neutral white-and-gold base with each child's favourite character added as cutouts. Giving each child their own cake moment keeps things fair without doubling your budget.

Which character themes can you do?
Almost any. These are the character themes parents ask us about most, each with its own guide to colours, activities, food and cost:
Which balloon colours go with popular birthday themes?
Little Krishna: peacock blue, green and butter yellow pastels with gold chrome.
Unicorn: pastel rainbow with rose-gold chrome and holographic confetti balloons.
Jungle safari: matte leaf greens and beige with gold metallic accents.
Princess: blush and lilac pastels, pearl-white metallic and gold chrome.
Superheroes: bold red and blue matte with gold chrome stars.
Space: navy and black matte with silver chrome and star foils.
Boss Baby: navy and black with gold chrome.
Tip: go 60-30-10. Sixty percent in your main colour, thirty in a second shade, and ten percent chrome for the shine that shows up in every photo.
Quick guide: pastel balloons are soft and matte, metallic have a pearly satin sheen, chrome have a mirror-like shine that pops in photos, confetti balloons are clear with sparkle inside, and foil is for numbers, letters and shapes.
Want it reel-ready? Send us a photo of the outfit and your venue, and our decorators will suggest a balloon mix that's giving main-character energy. Ask our balloon team.
