Choosing the venue
Your house: Greater Noida's plotted sectors often have a lawn, porch or terrace, which is ideal for 25 to 50 guests. Jumpies and games go outside; the cake and stage stay in the drawing room.
Society clubhouse: the easiest choice in the newer societies. Book early, check the access time for setup, and take RWA permission.
Banquet hall: best for 80 or more guests, with space for a stage, play area and dinner. There are plenty around Pari Chowk and Jagat Farm.

Entertainment by age
Ages 1 to 3: keep it gentle. An inflated suit character for photos, soft music and a bubble or colouring corner. Spend more on décor and food for the adults.
Ages 4 to 7: book a magician for a 90-minute magic and games show (₹3,299), with a games coordinator for musical chairs, passing the parcel and team games.
Ages 8 to 12: children want to do, not watch. A tattoo artist, nail art and competitive games or a dance-off with the DJ work best.
Mixed ages: a magician for the little ones plus a tattoo or nail-art table for older children keeps everyone happy.

Children eat early and eat what they recognise, so we serve them about 30 minutes into the party, before the main entertainment: pizza, pasta, fries, popcorn and juice from a pizza station or popcorn stall, with a chocolate fountain or cotton candy for dessert. Safety comes first
Every Birthday Bazaar staff member and performer is verified, each booking is cross-checked before the event, and backup artists are on standby. On the day, games are kept away from food counters and power points, jumpies are always supervised, cold pyro is only used at a safe distance from children, and the stage and cake table are placed away from the entrance so children are not running through the door. On lawns, we check the ground is flat and clear before setting up anything children will play on.
Parties for school friends
If you are inviting the whole class, expect siblings to come too, set a clear RSVP date, and plan for a few extra children. For school-night parties, keep it tight and finish by about 8:30 pm, with the magic show and cake cutting early. A games coordinator is especially useful when children don't know each other, because organised games break the ice quickly.

Morning and early-afternoon parties suit toddlers, who are freshest before their nap, and are easier on the budget because a snack menu and a kids' food stall are usually enough. Evening parties are the most popular because working parents can come, but they need a proper dinner for adults and more lighting in the décor. Which balloons work best for a kids' party?
Toddlers (1 to 4): pastel or bright matte balloons at their eye level, with a big foil number they can hug for photos.
