Independent houses give you more options than a flat: an arch at the gate, balloons along the porch, and the main backdrop in the drawing room. Clubhouses need free-standing frames and a setup timed to your slot. Getting great photos
Place the backdrop away from bright windows, which turn faces into silhouettes.
Leave 4 to 5 ft clear in front of the backdrop for family photos.
Pick balloon colours that contrast with the birthday outfit.
Take photos early, when balloons are freshest.
Keep the cake table central, because that is the picture everyone shares.
Mistakes to avoid
Too many colours: keep to two or three main colours.
Latex in direct sun: on a Greater Noida terrace in summer, latex balloons can sag within hours, so time outdoor setups close to the party.

How long do balloons last?

Greater Noida has a large number of offices, factories, colleges and institutes around Knowledge Park and the Kasna and Ecotech areas. We set up balloon décor for work anniversaries, product launches, team birthdays, freshers' and farewell events, annual days and festival celebrations. Office setups usually use brand or college colours, a welcome arch at reception and a backdrop for group photos, and we can set up early in the morning or after hours so work and classes are not disturbed.

Balloons work for festivals too. For Diwali we mix gold, red and orange balloons with marigolds and diyas, for Christmas we use red, green and white with a small tree corner, and for New Year a black-and-gold or silver setup with foil numbers for the year. Can balloons be reused or taken home?
Latex balloons are single-use and lose their shape after a day or two, so we clear them away at the end of clubhouse and banquet events. Foil numbers and letters can often be deflated and kept as a keepsake, and many families like to take the child's age number home. Tell us in advance and we will set aside any foil balloons, and a few latex balloons for the children to take home, when we clear up.
