How we keep it secret
Surprises fail when too many people know. We deal only with you, or one person you name, and nobody else sees the designs or the quote. We set up while the person being surprised is out, at work, at a family member's house or on a planned outing, and our team works quickly and quietly. In Delhi's builder floors and apartment blocks we coordinate with your guard or neighbour for access, and we message you the moment everything is ready.

Rooftop and terrace surprises
Delhi's rooftops and terraces, from South Delhi builder floors to West Delhi kothis, are perfect for evening surprises. We bring lanterns, fairy lights, a canopy or canopy and backdrop décor, floor cushions or a table for two, and a heart or floral arch. For a romantic dinner we can add a private catering setup cooked on site. Rooftop surprises are best from October to March; in summer we set up close to the time and use more lights and fabric and fewer latex balloons, which don't like Delhi's heat.

Safety first
Indoors we use LED candles by default, and real flames only outdoors with your permission and away from fabric. We keep petals off stairs, keep wiring tidy and away from water, never block doors, and skip small items if there are toddlers or pets at home. On rooftops we keep everything well back from the parapet and weight all frames against wind.
Surprise parties with guests
For a surprise party, décor goes up before guests arrive, guests gather about 30 minutes early, and we dim the lights and cue the music for the reveal. A grand entry and cold pyro at the cake cutting make it unforgettable. Add a DJ, a mocktail bar and dinner, and a surprise becomes a full celebration. Common surprise mistakes
Too many people in on it: keep it to one or two insiders.
A weak cover story: plan a believable reason to get the person to the right place.
Leaving setup too late: Delhi traffic is unpredictable, so we build in extra time.
No one filming: book photography and videography or ask a friend; the reaction is over in seconds.
After the surprise
Most setups look lovely through the evening and the next morning, so plan a quiet dinner or photos in the space. For banquets and clubhouses we come back at the agreed time to clear; at home we can clear the next day or leave it for you to enjoy.
Surprises for milestone anniversaries
For a 25th or 50th anniversary, Delhi families often plan a surprise dinner for close relatives in a banquet, a farmhouse or a large drawing room, with a floral stage, a photo wall of the couple through the years, a short family moment and a cake cutting. Every package is custom and quoted upfront, with no hidden charges. As a starting point:
Basic – from ₹7,999: a room or terrace surprise with balloons, lights, a message wall and a styled cake table.
Premium – from ₹25,000: a surprise party in a banquet or clubhouse with full décor, grand entry, DJ and a photo corner for 50 to 100 guests.
Luxury – from ₹75,000: a complete surprise event at a banquet or farmhouse with venue-wide décor, lighting, entertainment, live counters and full catering.
Add catering cooked live at your venue: veg from ₹699 per plate and non-veg from ₹899 per plate, with catering packages from ₹8,000. Extra entertainment is ₹3,000 per activity, and a 90-minute magic and games show is ₹3,299.

You book the venue and take any society, building or venue permission, confirm your guest count, and arrange anything personal like a cake. We handle everything else: design, décor, entertainment, food, staff, setup and clearing up. One coordinator stays with you from your first WhatsApp message to the end of the event, so there is only ever one number to call in Delhi. We offer same-day service across Delhi, and for farther areas we plan travel time carefully so the team always arrives on schedule.
