What a typical setup includes
Branded stage and backdrop with your logo, colours and event name.

Working around office hours and building rules
Commercial buildings in Delhi have rules, and we plan around them. We can set up early morning, over lunch, after hours or overnight so work is not disturbed. Tell us about building security, visitor passes, goods lifts and loading bays, fire-safety rules and any restrictions on tape, open flames or cooking inside, and we will plan to match. Where cooking is not allowed indoors, we prepare food nearby and serve it hot from insulated counters. Our staff arrive in uniform and follow your facilities team's instructions.

Food for teams
Food is what people talk about after an office party. Our chefs cook live at the venue for most events, so food comes out fresh instead of sitting for hours. Veg catering starts from ₹699 per plate and non-veg from ₹899, with catering packages from ₹8,000. For large teams we set up multiple counters so queues move fast, and for lunch events we plan service to fit a fixed break.
Family days
For family days we set up a play zone with jumpies, a magician, tattoo and nail art tables and a games host, plus food stalls like pizza, popcorn and cotton candy, and a lunch buffet for everyone. Each extra entertainment activity is ₹3,000, so it is easy to scale.
Planning timeline
Three to four weeks before: fix the date, venue and headcount, and share brand guidelines.
Two weeks before: approve the design, stage layout, menu and entertainment.
One week before: share building access details, the run of show and award moments.
Two days before: confirm final numbers and setup timings.
On the day: our coordinator runs the event with your organiser, cue by cue.
Budgets that work
A team celebration in the office can be as simple as a branded backdrop, balloons, a cake table and snacks, within our Basic range. An annual day for a few hundred people with stage, sound, lighting, entertainment and dinner sits in our Premium and Luxury ranges plus per-plate catering. Small offices and big campuses
Not every corporate booking is an annual day. Some of our most regular clients are small offices of 15 to 30 people who want a balloon backdrop and a cake table for a team member's birthday, or a festive lunch at Diwali. Others are large companies planning an evening for several hundred employees and families. The process is the same: one message with your date, headcount and budget, a clear plan and quote, and a team that turns up on time and leaves the space clean.

Many Delhi teams now prefer an offsite to an office party. A farmhouse in Chhatarpur or Kapashera gives space for team games, a long lunch on the lawn and an evening with a DJ. Every package is custom and quoted upfront, with no hidden charges. As a starting point:
Basic – from ₹7,999: a branded backdrop, balloon décor and a cake or snacks table for an in-office celebration.
Premium – from ₹25,000: stage, sound, DJ, photo wall and entertainment for an office party or family day of 50 to 150 people.
Luxury – from ₹75,000: a complete annual day or launch with stage, lighting, LED dance floor, entertainment, live counters and full catering.
Add catering cooked live at your venue: veg from ₹699 per plate and non-veg from ₹899 per plate, with catering packages from ₹8,000. Extra entertainment is ₹3,000 per activity, and a 90-minute magic and games show is ₹3,299.

You book the venue and take any permissions, confirm your guest count, and arrange anything personal like a cake. We handle everything else: design, décor, entertainment, food, staff, setup and clearing up. One coordinator stays with you from your first WhatsApp message to the end of the event, so there is only ever one number to call in Delhi. We offer same-day service across Delhi, and for farther areas we plan travel time carefully so the team always arrives on schedule.
