Working around shifts and site rules
Factories and offices have rules, and we plan around them. We can set up between shifts, early morning, over lunch or overnight so production and work are not disturbed. We keep the event area and kitchen well away from machinery and work zones, and our staff arrive in uniform and follow your safety officer's instructions.

Food for large teams
For big teams and multiple shifts, food service needs planning. Our chefs cook live at the venue for most events, so food comes out fresh. Veg catering starts from ₹699 per plate and non-veg from ₹899, with catering packages from ₹8,000. We set up multiple counters so queues move fast, and for shift-based sites we plan service windows so every shift eats fresh food rather than leftovers.
Family days
For family days we set up a play zone with jumpies, a magician, tattoo and nail art tables and a games host, plus food stalls like pizza, popcorn and cotton candy, and a lunch buffet for everyone. Each extra entertainment activity is ₹3,000, so it is easy to scale up or down.
Planning timeline
Three to four weeks before: fix the date, venue and headcount, and share brand guidelines.

Small offices and large plants
Not every corporate booking is an annual day. Some of our regular clients are small offices of 15 to 30 people who want a balloon backdrop and a cake table for a team member's birthday or a festive lunch at Diwali. Others are large plants planning Vishwakarma Puja for every shift, or an evening for several hundred employees and families. The process is the same: one message with your date, headcount and budget, a clear plan and quote, and a team that turns up on time and leaves the site clean for the next shift.
At the end of every event we clear the décor, counters and waste, and leave the office, shop floor or hall ready for the next shift. If your site has specific waste, recycling or safety rules, share them with us and our team will follow them to the letter.
Employee engagement through the year
Small, regular celebrations often do more for team spirit than one big party a year.
