Updated: 3 days ago
A surprise only works if the setup is ready before they walk in and nobody spoils it. In Gurugram we set up romantic room décor, terrace dinners and proposals quietly, at the time you choose, whether it's a DLF apartment, a villa terrace or a hotel room.

What we set up
Surprise room décor: ceiling and floor balloons, fairy lights, candles, rose petals and a personalised message board
Proposals: a heart or floral arch, a neon-style sign, candles and a petal path, indoors or on a terrace
Anniversary dinners: a styled table for two, floral centrepiece and warm lighting
Bride-to-be parties: blush and rose-gold styling with photo props and a dessert table
Keeping the surprise intact
Tell us the window when the venue will be empty, and we work inside it.
We coordinate with you or a family member for access, not the person being surprised.
Small, quiet crews and no calls to the wrong phone number.
Setup photos sent to you the moment we're done, so you know it's ready.

Which balloons make the best surprise room?
Romantic: red, white and rose-gold chrome with heart foils.
Birthday surprise: their favourite colour in matte, with gold or silver chrome and a foil message.
Ceiling drama: clear confetti balloons, which look magical as they float above the bed.
Anniversary: champagne, ivory and gold chrome with the years in foil numbers.
Warm fairy lights plus chrome balloons is the combo that turns a normal room into the reel everyone replays.
Quick guide: pastel balloons are soft and matte, metallic have a pearly satin sheen, chrome have a mirror-like shine that pops in photos, confetti balloons are clear with sparkle inside, and foil is for numbers, letters and shapes.
Every venue lights differently, and what looks aesthetic in a banquet hall can look flat in a living room. Tell us where you're partying and we'll tweak the mix so it hits different on camera. Chat with our decorators.
Frequently asked questions
Can you set up while we're out for dinner?
Yes. Share the window and access details and we'll be finished before you return.
Do you set up in hotel rooms?
Yes, where the hotel allows outside décor. Please check with them first, as some charge a fee.
Can we use real candles?
Yes, though we often suggest LED candles for rooms with fabric, balloons or low ceilings.
