Pre-Wedding Décor, DJ & Entertainment in Delhi NCR | Birthday Bazaar
Updated: Oct 1
Birthday Bazaar plans the functions that lead up to the wedding: haldi, mehndi, sangeet, roka, engagement, cocktail nights and bride-to-be parties. We handle the décor, the food and the entertainment for each one, so you book once instead of chasing a decorator, a caterer, a DJ and a dhol group separately. We don't take on the wedding day itself, which keeps our whole team on your pre-wedding functions.

Planning a week of functions
Lock your venues first; clubhouse and banquet slots go quickly in wedding season.
Tell us all the function dates together, so we can plan teams and avoid clashes.
Daytime functions (haldi, mehndi) need shade and fans outdoors; evenings need lighting.
Keep the pooja and ritual areas clear of décor, and tell us who's conducting them.
Book the DJ and dhol with the décor: one coordinator is far easier than three vendors.

We set up before guests arrive; the balance is due once the setup is ready.
Which balloons suit haldi, mehndi and sangeet?
Haldi: yellow and orange matte with gold chrome, mixed into marigold garlands.
Mehndi: green and hot pink with gold metallic.
Sangeet: jewel tones like royal blue, magenta and emerald, with gold or silver chrome that catches the stage lights.
Bride-to-be: blush, ivory and rose-gold chrome with confetti balloons.
For pre-wedding functions, balloons work best as accents with flowers and drapes, not the main event.
Quick guide: pastel balloons are soft and matte, metallic have a pearly satin sheen, chrome have a mirror-like shine that pops in photos, confetti balloons are clear with sparkle inside, and foil is for numbers, letters and shapes.
Want it reel-ready? Send us a photo of the outfit and your venue, and our decorators will suggest a balloon mix that's giving main-character energy. Ask our balloon team.
