Setup takes about 4 hours. The party itself runs about 3 hours. So for a 5pm party, our team arrives around 1pm and you are clear by about 8pm.

Why Setup Takes 4 Hours
Balloon work is slow work. A backdrop, an arch, ceiling balloons and a photo corner are built by hand on the day, because balloons inflated the night before will not look right by evening. Add the cake table, name letters, props and lighting, and four hours is a realistic figure rather than a padded one.
A smaller setup finishes faster. A full theme hall with ceiling work can take longer, and we will tell you in advance if your setup needs more time.
Why the Party Runs 3 Hours
Three hours is what a children's party actually sustains. Guests arrive over the first half hour, games and entertainment run for the next hour, the cake is cut, then food. Beyond three hours children get tired and parents start leaving anyway.
Planning Backwards From Your Slot
This matters most in a society clubhouse, where the booking slot includes our setup and clearing time, not just your party. A four-hour clubhouse booking is not a four-hour party. Check the slot with your RWA before fixing the party time, and tell us the exact window so we can size the decoration to fit it.
We set up at any venue you provide: homes, society clubhouses and parks, banquet halls, restaurants and terraces. We do not book venues or arrange society permission.
A Simple Timeline for a 5pm Party
1pm: team arrives and setup begins. 4pm: decoration complete, catering counters set. 5pm: guests arrive, welcome drinks. 5:30pm: games and entertainment. 6:30pm: cake cutting. 7pm: food. 8pm: party ends and clearing begins.
How Far Ahead to Book
About a week is comfortable. Last-minute bookings are accepted when we have a slot free, but weekends and festival season fill up fastest. Your date is confirmed on WhatsApp, with simple payment terms agreed directly with you.
